Natalia Slobozhan

Natalia Slobozhan has spent more than ten years on the hiring side of the table — full-cycle recruiting in IT and business, from startups to corporations, across Central Asia, the CIS, Europe, the US and Latin America. She also works with people on the other side of it: interview preparation in English and Russian, CV sessions, and an honest look at a job search that isn’t going well. Many visitors arrive through a link she has sent them herself and are already half-convinced; what they need is to see who she is, what it costs and how to reach her. The page answers all three in Russian and English: three 90-minute online sessions and a three-session package, priced in rubles and lari, five client reviews shown in full, and the questions people ask before they write.

The words are hers. Every claim, figure and joke on the page goes back to something she wrote or said, and the page says plainly that no job offer is guaranteed. There are no star ratings, stock photos or invented numbers, and nothing stands between a reader and her — no form, no calendar, no account. Each button opens Telegram with the first message already written in the reader’s language. The people reading are often anxious, on a phone and in a second language, so the page is calm by design: large type, light and dark themes, and everything works with JavaScript turned off. Pages are pre-rendered and served from memory by a single Go binary, with self-hosted fonts and analytics that load only after consent.
