Privacy policy

This policy explains what Soarline collects when you visit soarline.studio or get in touch, why, and the choices you have. Soarline is an independent web studio, and we keep data collection to what's needed to run the site and reply to you.

Last updated: 21 July 2026.

Who we are

Soarline is the data controller for information collected through this site. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

The contact form

When you request a website review, we collect the details you enter: your company name, current website, a description of what the business sells, your desired launch date, an approximate budget, and your email address. We use this only to understand your enquiry and reply to it — your email is used as the reply-to address for our response.

The form is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider. We don't use these details for advertising and we don't sell them.

How you found us

If you arrive through a campaign link (with UTM parameters) or from another website, we store that first source in a first-party cookie (soar_attr) for about 30 days, so we can see how people discover the studio. If you then submit the contact form, this source is attached to your enquiry. It records a marketing source only — never your form answers — and if you arrive directly, it stays empty.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited and how people move through the site. Analytics cookies (such as _ga) are off by default and are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. Decline, and no analytics cookies are stored. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Spam protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes people from automated bots. To do this it processes your IP address and browser signals. This is necessary to keep the form usable and free of abuse.

Hosting, security, and logs

The site is served through Cloudflare for delivery and security. Our server keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps — which we use to run the site reliably and investigate abuse. Your cookie choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage (soar_consent), not in a cookie, and never leaves your device.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that make the site work — Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics, only with your consent), and Cloudflare (delivery and security). These providers may process data outside your country. We never sell your information and we run no advertising here.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, where it leads to work, for the duration of that relationship and our records. The attribution cookie expires after about 30 days. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' settings. Ask us any time and we'll remove your enquiry from our inbox.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we'll change the date above. Please check back occasionally.
