Soarline is the data controller for information collected through this site. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

When you request a website review, we collect what you enter: your current website address (optional), what worries you most about it, and your email address. We use this only to review the site and reply — your email is the reply-to address for our response. The legal basis is handling your request before any agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The form is delivered to us by email through Resend (opens in new tab), our email provider. We don't use these details for advertising and we don't sell them.

When you send the form, we note how you reached it: any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the page address and the website that linked to it. That source is attached to your enquiry and nothing else, so we can see how people find the studio (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you have accepted analytics cookies, we also remember the first campaign link you arrived by, in a first-party cookie (soar_attr) that expires after about 30 days, so the enquiry shows where you first found the studio. It records a marketing source only — never your form answers. This cookie rests on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); decline, and it is never set.

We use Google Analytics 4 (opens in new tab) to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited and how people move through the site. Analytics cookies (such as _ga) are off by default and are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Until you choose — and if you decline — Google Analytics receives only cookieless signals without identifiers (Google Consent Mode), and nothing is stored on your device. When a form is sent, our server also reports a “lead” event to Google Analytics — without your email address, your form answers, or any identifier from your device unless you accepted analytics cookies.

Your choice is remembered for six months, then we ask again. You can change it any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page — withdrawing is as easy as agreeing.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (opens in new tab), which distinguishes people from automated bots. To do this it processes your IP address and browser signals. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable and free of abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The site is served through Cloudflare (opens in new tab) for delivery and security. Our server keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps — which we use to run the site reliably and investigate abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

One small cookie makes the site work: soar_lang remembers your language for one year, so you see the same language next time. It holds only the language code.

Your cookie choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage (soar_consent), not in a cookie, for six months, and never leaves your device.

We share information only with the service providers that make the site work — Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics, only with your consent), and Cloudflare (delivery and security). These providers may process data outside your country. We never sell your information and we run no advertising here.

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, where it leads to work, for the duration of that relationship and our records. The language cookie lasts one year; your cookie choice six months; the attribution cookie, set only with your consent, about 30 days. Google Analytics keeps analytics data for 14 months. Ask us any time and we'll remove your enquiry from our inbox.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we'll change the date above. Please check back occasionally.
