Unity Bistro
A trilingual site for a Saburtalo café, where the menu reads like the printed card and the owner keeps it current without a developer.

Unity Bistro is a specialty coffee bar with all-day breakfast in Saburtalo, Tbilisi. Until September 2026 it was Unity Kava in Sololaki. Guests find it on Instagram and Google Maps; the site answers what those two leave out: where it is and when it opens, what is on the menu and what it costs, and whether it is their kind of place — laptops welcome, dogs welcome, wine and pét-nat in the evening. Address and hours sit in the first screen, the full menu is laid out as a document with ingredients and prices, and every page exists in English, Georgian and Russian.
Behind the site is a small admin where the owner edits dishes, prices, offers and opening hours. Every save goes live at once and keeps a snapshot that can be rolled back, and the database is backed up every night. Pages are pre-rendered and served from memory by a single Go binary. There is no embedded map and no stock or AI-generated imagery — only the café’s own photographs.
The site went live on 18 October 2026.
