Soarline client bot

A Telegram bot for Soarline clients: how their site is found, visited and contacted, in one chat, with a reminder before anything needs their action.

Soarline's clients are small local businesses — a kindergarten, a language school, a jewellery studio. For them a website is a tool, not a hobby: they don't want to watch the domain, the hosting or the analytics. They want it to work and to bring in enquiries, and to hear in advance when something needs doing or paying.

The bot does the watching. In one Telegram chat a client sees how Google shows their site, how many people visit and how many get in touch, over the last 7, 30 or 90 days. The figures come from the client's own Google Search Console and Analytics and match those dashboards. It reminds them before a payment or a domain renewal is due, and opens a direct chat with support.

It speaks Russian, Georgian, English and Spanish, and is in use with Soarline's clients today. The screenshot is a real client's screen, with the figures blurred.
